My Wrestlemania 24 opinions and possible matches to watch for.

Wrestlemania 24 is coming so the storylines might just get a little better then they’ve been in a long time. Well, that’s the hope anyway. It looks as if John Cena Vs. HHH Vs. Randy Orton for the title. Don’t be surprised if HHH walks out the winner in this one. If you recall last year HHH wasn’t even in the ring because of his injury, WM 22 he tapped out to Cena, WM 21 he lost to Batista, and at WM 20 he tapped out to Benoit. So you have to figure with all these wrestlemania losses and injury, HHH is going to win this one. Weirder things have happened, but you have to believe that after “H” does all these jobs for the younger guys to get over he would finally get the win at WM 24. They didn’t really do much on Monday the 18th as far as storyline goes for this except to put Cena into the match. There is still plenty of time to get this train rolling to build up steam for a good triple threat match.
Lets hope they don’t give us another Kane Vs. Khali match as they did last year. Kane is a great wrestler, but when you have to guide a loser like Khali through a match, sooner or later something is going to give and let me tell you, Khali is about as useful in that ring as fleas are to a dog. Kane vs. MVP might be a chance for Kane to finally get a belt around his much deserved waist. But it’s looking possibly like Batista Vs. MVP instead, ugh. And then Kane will have to go against Mark Henry for some stupid reason.
I think we all know who will win the Money in the Bank match: Jeff Hardy of course. So it really doesn’t matter who the other contenders are in the match. I suppose it could be good to see who they throw in there, but in the long run, Hardy will win it and hopefully go on to beat whomever will have the title (can we say HHH?).
Edge and Undertaker, if WWE doesn’t give it back to the Undertaker and his record (15-0) goes down in flames because of Edge, well they are just idiots. Undertaker, aside from Jeff Hardy is probably the wisest choice for champion right now. That is, as long as Undertaker can stay healthy and not get injured anytime soon.
The Raw and Smackdown Tag Team championships at WM 24? They haven’t said anything about them. Besides a lot of the tag team guys are out injured and not many tag teams are formed anyways. They should just get the four “best” tag teams in the ring and battle it out-from each brand of course. Hard to say who could win, but first they have to have a decent storyline for anyone to really care about them. Tis a shame about this because tag team storylines used to be pretty good. Now they are all just thrown to the curb and ran over without a care in the world.
The celebrity match at mania will be Big Show vs. Floyd Mayweather. Can’t you already see who’s going to win? Mayweather would never sign a contract to lose to a pro wrestler no matter how big the wrestler is. My money in Vegas is going to Mayweather.
Finlay Vs. McMahon/JBL…Finlay won’t win at the biggest show of the year. He’ll put in a heck of a fight, but alas in the end McMahon will win if that is who Finlay wrestles. Unless of course Hornswoggle makes a “surprise miracle recovery” to interfere in the match so that Finlay can pull off the win-if he goes against JBL, I am sure the Fin will win.
Ric Flair vs. ?? Don’t know at this time. But it better be a damn good wrestler cause the guys he has been going against really haven’t been all that wondrous to go against a legend such as Flair.
Chavo vs. ?? ahh who cares about this. ECW used to be something to watch and to be proud to call its own. Now it's just another 3rd rate show that McMahon has buried in the mix. Who cares who the champion is? I sure as heck don’t. Where’s the old Tazz when ya need him?
This is just a guess but I am thinking it will be Beth Phoenix vs. either Michelle McCool or Ashley or maybe a three way match. Then again, what do I care about these pathetic “wrestlers?”
Maybe they should have Chris Jericho vs. Carlito. They’re both pretty good on the microphone and right now neither one is really doing anything.
Shawn Michaels Vs. Umaga. Why not? They haven’t wrestled one another one on one for at least 2 years.
We all know that each Wrestlemania has its moments, I am confident that this one will as well. Lets hope that McMahon can pull off a great show and the fans won’t be disappointed. Only time and storylines will tell...
That’s my 3 cents worth…til next time.
