RAW Opinion: I do feel the viewing public was robbed in the Backlash Diva Tag Match Re-Match since only two members from the "Good" Diva side and three members from the "Evil" Diva side. One would think that with Natalya being new, one would let her in the match to show what she brings to the Women's Division. For that matter one would think all the Divas at one point would have been in the match. I was glad to see Robbie back, I thought for sure he was gone from the WWE after TNA management showed him, along with his real name, to the nation on the competitor's show. The Burchill versus Super Crazy squash match sucked only because we had already seen a squash match earlier. The Lance Cade split from Trevor Murdoch took a crazy turn, what does singing the Garth Brooks song "Friends in Low Places" have to do with this storyline? This was just a plain weird and quite possibly creepy moment for the history of ideas that should have never made it past the drawingboard. The King of the Ring corination was nice just because it was ruined by the returning Mr. Kennedy, really the tournament itself really just needs to either come back and really mean something or just flat out go away. We all know that this was done to try to erase the memory of Booker T. winning it and launching his career in the WWE. Bringing it back only to have one of the best technical wrestlers in Regal win it, but it does not launch his career is just retarded. Regal has been nothing but a wrestler given the short end of the stick in WWE. Granted Regal did not reach "The Big One" either in WCW, but his technical ability made him one of the best Television Champions that WCW had ever seen. One would think WWE would let him have a similar success throughout his WWE not just mere glimpses. The Tag Team Champs story is going okay except for one problem, the other tag team just does not fit. The only thing Carlito and Santino have going for them is that they are both heels. The team of those two doesn't even look right together. The Highlight Reel segment was nice, it would have been better if it was longer. It is with sad news I say that the Spinner Belt is still here, quite honestly it could be worse; John Cena could be champion. I got one wish though, anyone but Cena walked out of Backlash the champion. The Main Event ended awesome, with the television audience wondering what went down. However, in this day in age this idea does not work. I want to know what happened but all I have to do is look to the internet to see if Orton tapped out. This clearly puts a good spin on the title picture, but it backfires at the same time.ECW Opinion: I don't have one this week since I did not watch it.
TNA Opinion: It was okay, there was many times things just went stupid. Your big main event is a tag team match with two guys, who just fought each other a few weeks ago for the Championship, as partners when they hate each other. I know WWE and TNA have both used this storyline, but TNA uses it way too much. I do like the idea for the Tag Team Tournament, however the format that rivals can be teamed up is, as previously stated, over used. Throwing Awesome Kong in the mix is a nice twist to the idea though. If you have not noticed that is what TNA does, they give you the same crap everyweek but change one small thing then they act like it is something new. I do like the "Little Petey Pump" gimmick, but it looks like it could get old really quick. We all know how this gimmick will ultimately end, Steiner v. Williams; hopefully it will be good a match though. We also seen the debut of Cheerleader Melissa aka Raisha Sieed (however they spell it) and that other chick. All and all TNA was just extremely horrible this week.
