Monday night Raw saw JBL possibly turning face when he kicked Jim Morrison down to the mat to save HBK. HBK looked mystified as to why he did it, but it seemed as if the crowd ate it up. What is the deal with that? It would seem the logical thing to do I suppose. JBL has wrestled many of the top tier faces on Raw, so what better direction to take it then to have him start wrestling the likes of Mike Knox, Kane, William Regal, or even Chris Jericho. Or it all could be a swerve where we think he will be face and beat down HBK in a moment we don’t see coming. Stay tuned on this one…
This brings up a good question, will Batista turn heel in order to go against Cena down the line? Why not? I would rather see this happen then have two faces go against one another for the title. How would it happen? Well, Cena is going against Kane next Monday, so have Kane beat down Cena real nice, have Batista make it look as if he will make the save, but then Batista-Bomb Cena to the mat. Have him walk away with no explanation and go into the next week with his reason why he bombed Cena. Which would in turn setup a Cena/Batista program over the course of the next many months culminating at WM 25. I think it could work, as with everything, have to wait and see on this. Do you have a feeling the writers have no clue what to do with Rey Mysterio? Tag team action? He can carry a match all by himself, unless of course he isn’t at 100% yet. He was out injured for a long time and to me it appears as if he is hesitant in the ring then what he was before-or is that just me? Will Orton team up with Rhodes and Manu to make up the new faction? With his lose on Raw it looks as if it could be steering that way. I’ve always said it would be a great idea to have them team up. As far as Dibiase is concerned, the jury is still out on that one. With him filming the movie, who knows what direction they will have him go when he returns. Face or Heel? I like him as a heel, but with the way he went out with a boot to his noggin by Orton says he will come back to feud with Randy. What do you think? Stephanie McMahon as General Manager of Raw? Is this true? Or is it a temporary thing that we are witnessing? Shane as the face, Stephanie as the heel. Can we say Family Feud as to who will get Raw? I don’t mind seeing this Intercontinental Tournament, it was a long time in a coming. What I haven’t liked is the fact that William Regal is the champ. I really liked Santino Marella as champ and I am sure from a comedy stand point many others did as well. But with being a champ it isn’t about comedy, it’s about wrestling and Regal can wrestle quite well, but I still don’t have to like him, do I? He has the title because he and HHH are good friends and with that being the case, he’s a practical shoe in to get what he wants when one is the friend of HHH. HHH has stroke, and being married to Stephanie doesn’t hurt either. Regal will probably have the title for quite sometime, so I guess I have to take him with a grain of salt and just deal with it. Kobi (Kofi) Kingston lost his match this week on Raw to Kane. Do I see a pattern occurring here? He may be the tag team champ, but as an individual wrestler he hasn’t been doing too well as of late. Kobi seems to be getting buried and slowly moving down the ranks to a lower card type wrestler, oh well, you won’t see me cry. He really hasn’t shown me much as far as caring what happens to him. CM Punk beat Snitsky (has he ever won?), but it would really surprise me if Punk gets the I-C title around his waist. I throw in my 3 cents worth at the end of every article because a penny for my thoughts just doesn't cut it. Besides, I like to say things as I see them and not how anyone else tells me to see them. I will always speak my opinion no matter the circumstance. Like it or lump it, my closing line will always stay the same--
