With the rumors running rampant around the wrestling industry about Christian going back to the WWE, it bodes a question. Will he get buried once again in the federation after the flare of him coming in wears off? I’m sure the money in the WWE is way better then TNA. But with that being the case, isn’t it true the work schedule is more intense and the work load heavier? What’s the guarantee that he will be in the upper card matches as he is now in TNA? If he is lucky enough to be in such a position when he first comes into the WWE, how long will he be in these high profile storylines? I know the last time Christian was in the WWE, Vince wasn’t too keen on the man, hence the reason he went to TNA. The upside to TNA is a less stressful schedule, the guarantee that he will be on the upper tier events, and the respect of the guys in the office. I don’t know about you, but if I were Cage, I would stay in TNA and keep my name out in the public instead of getting buried in the WWE as many returning wrestlers have noticed with their careers. But if it’s only about the money he is worried about and not the overworked schedule and the possibility of being buried, then by all means, WWE is the place to go. Either way, I wish Christian luck in whatever he decides is best for himself and his family. The Slammy Awards return to the WWE this coming Monday. With that being the case, it has turned Raw into a three-hour show. Will that help bring in the ratings? Whose to say. It has been 11 years since this concept reared its ugly head for us fans to watch. What is the reasoning behind this you ask? Low ratings are the reason they are bringing this back into the fold. Nothing else has helped, so they bring this in to help fledging viewership. You can be guaranteed a show that won’t be too serious and one of interesting storylines to say the least. There are a few matches that will take place, HHH vs. Batista, Edge vs. Cena, and Chris Jericho vs. Jeff Hardy. These are just a few of the confirmed matches coming up for the show, I hope none of them end in disqualifications. Do you think the HHH and Batista match will make way for one of them to turn heel? I won’t be surprised if Cena and Edge end in a count out of the ring in one way shape or form, Jericho and Hardy is too far out to even try to figure out. Then there is the IC match with Morrison taking on Punk and Mysterio going against Kingston. Let me take a shot in the dark and say Morrison should pick up the win and Mysterio will beat Kingston-just my guess and I have been known to be wrong before. It’s with high hopes Raw brings in a rating higher then 3.4 (from last week), will we ever see a Monday Night Raw with a rating of 5.0 ever again???? Did you hear that there are plans to remake They Live the movie Roddy Piper was in back in late eighties? What? This movie is a classic and to remake it would be a travesty of all that has made this movie a cult classic. The fight between Piper and Keith David in the alley is still talked about in circles when it comes to fighting in movies. All I can saw about a possible remake is watch out for too much computer graphics cause that’s all it will be is an overwrought movie with too many computer tricks to make it “worth” watching. What made it great back when is the campiness of the aliens and the grittiness of the entire thing. Ughh….another remake that will not hold a candle to the original, I guarantee it. (By the way, if you can get your hands on this movie, I recommend seeing it-Piper is in his prime in this one). That’s my 3 cents worth, til next time….
