Greetings sports fans and welcome to my very biased wrestling column. Its draft day on Raw and let me say I was very pleased with the show and lets hope they continue to actually have entertaining and interesting matches in the weeks to come. Batista is back and he wants revenge for the kick in the head he got from Orton 4 months ago...but he's gonna have to get in line and the lines a long one. Shano Mac also wants a piece of Randy in payback for Ortons mistreatment of his sister and of course for the kick in the head Randy gave Vince. Then of course HHH comes out and makes it all about him and Stephanie and at least they have that in common and Batista seems to be the odd man out which should make things interesting in the future. In any event it seems that Orton and his two little buddies better watch their backs for quite some time now. So its a 3 on 2 for the main event with priceless vs the three amigos and Randy has the night off. The winner gets to have Orton all to themselves on Raw next week unless priceless wins... which they don't. Shane,HHH,and Batista all want the 123 count so they can get their hands on Orton next week so blind tags are made every time someone gets near the good guys corner and the three men are getting increasingly pissed at one another. Meanwhile Cody Rhoades and Ted Debiase are doing a good job of keeping it interesting and are really good wrestlers. They definitely have a bright future with the company and will be good in singles competition when this whole thing blows over. Also HHH does a great job of selling their stuff and you could actually believe that those two guys could take him out. Batista gets the one legitimate tag from Triple H and goes for the pin only to have it broken up by Shane and while Batista and Shane are fighting HHH blind tags Batista and wins the match with his pedigree. I am sure that the one on one next week with him and Orton will be anything but one on one but it will be entertaining nonetheless. As for the rest of the show here's what went down. Rey vs Evan Bourne in what should have been one of the best matches of the night was just average. Not bad but not great either. Rey wins and MVP goes to Raw. Kane vs The Brian Kendrick with Ezekiel Jackson and of course Kendrick is no match for Kane and in what was a classic and cool Kane match Jackson tries to interfere and gets kicked in the face for his efforts and Kendrick gets destroyed as he should be. Kane wins and Big Show goes to Raw. Funny promo where Sena's not the least bit impressed by Jack Swagger and makes fun of his All American American thing in what seemed like a shot at Mr Kennedy...Kennedy. Maybe. 6 diva tag match that was very good and the girls did better than Rey and Bourne. The womens division is really heating up and I say as I always do that they need their own show like the old GLOW program that used to be on. Michelle McCool pins Mickie James with authority and Melina goes to Smackdown Next we get Cena and Swagger in a really good match with only a few missed spots and its really good to finally see some variety on Raw. STF from Cena and swagger taps out. Matt Hardy and of course HHH go to Raw. Edge tries to attack Cena from behind rather unsuccessfully and runs away just as quickly. Santino vs The Great Khali and if Khali wins Santina has to go on Khali's kiss cam next show. Well naturally Khali wins and it should be fun to watch Khali kiss a dude.CM Punk goes to smackdown. Miz with Morrison at ringside vs Kofi and another great match with lots of near falls and Morrison interferes and Kofi wins by DQ. Miz goes to raw and as Miz and Morrison hug and kiss each other goodbye Miz beats up Morrison sucker punch style and the bromance is over thank god. 15 man battle royale that quickly comes down to Edge, Big Show and Mark Henry the worlds sweatiest man. Big Show takes out Henry and Edge lowropes Show. Edge wins in his usual sneaky style and Kane and Jericho go to Smackdown. Christian vs Shelton Benjamin in another good match and after a lot of back and forth action Christian wins with the killswitch. Koslov goes to ECW CM Punk vs Matt Hardy in yet another great matchup that ends in a DQ when Jeff interferes and beats on his brother. Matt wins and Diva Champ Maryse goes to Raw Jericho vs Tommy Dreamer in a good match won by Jericho of course even though we all know Dreamer should have won. Rey Mysterio to Smackdown All in all a fine program that had a lot of interesting matchups and good wrestling...can they keep it up? Tune in next week and find out Sorry my writing is so short this week but I just had my hand rebuilt by my doctor after an horrific motorcycle crash that has left me pretty much broken on my right side. My hip, pelvis, ribs, hand and brain are all broken and this is no fun...never break your hip man, never. Bye Bye a Fan
