Much to my and I am sure all my readers surprise, I actually liked TNA’s Lockdown. It was a well laid out PPV and the action was phenomenal. They had announced that two new guys would show up as well and they were Bobby Lashley and Stevie Richards. When Stevie showed up during the Matt Morgan and Abyss match you could hear the crowd chanting ECW. I still can’t get over how much Abyss puts his body through to satisfy the fans. The man has to be non-human. I can’t imagine how many tacks had to be pulled from the mans skin at this PPV. Yes he likes his tacks, he has used them in other PPV’s, but I still grimace every time someone lands on them. Mick Foley is the new TNA champion as well. He botched some moves while in the match this night, but he still won the belt. I’m not too sure about how long he will have this title, but I suppose it was time for a change. I had thought they were going to cancel the Danny Bonaduce match for this PPV, but it wasn’t. I was what it was. Jeff Jarrett’s team won the match this night with Christoper Daniels showed us a lot of skill and tact in the ring. Jeff used the famous guitar shot to the head of Booker for the win. All the women’s matches were by far superior to any that I have seen on WWE in well, forever. Team 3-D won their match and Motor City Machine Guns did as well. I will say this for TNA, they are vastly improving their product and I will continue to watch them as the weeks and months creep on by. Like it or not, whether you agree with me or otherwise, at least there is an alternative to the WWE product and that is TNA wrestling. I don’t care if I have seen most of these guys on WWE before, I am enjoying what I see. Let the e-mails commence.

I have decided to no longer post on Thursdays out of respect to other writers, and you know who you are. I will respect the wishes of said writers and will stay out of their so called “day to post” (it gives them one less thing to be pi$$y about me on). I’m not giving up the rivalry, I’m just tired of the crap it has produced. Whatever. I’m not here to make the other writers on this site like me, I’m here to put in an article that my loyal readers will enjoy to read and comment to me about. They’re the important ones on this site, not my compatriots that write articles for TWNPnews. Go ahead and take your shots at me all you want fellas in your columns, in the end it isn’t you I am trying to get the word out to. I will say that A Fan’s articles are exactly what he wants to do and no one else will tell him he is doing wrong. He seems to write for those that missed the shows and he throws in a little opinion or two, I like that. Just for my readers to know, I will be posting on Sundays or Mondays from now on.

It looks as if the View’s Sherri Shepard might be doing something with the WWE with MVP. I suppose it was inevitable in order to get the women's rating to possibly go up, they had to go to a woman’s show to bring in the viewers. I don’t watch the show myself, but if the WWE thinks it will help their ratings, why not give it a shot? It seems as if they need the help. Good luck in that one.

Oh yippee, I just can’t wait to see another Randy Orton and HHH match on Raw again. YAWN….been there, done that. It’s time to move on with something else WWE. I know you think that HHH is your golden boy, but to tell ya the truth something else needs to come along for the fans to tune in. HHH isn’t the answer. Cena isn’t it either. Why do I have the feeling that Cena will either go to Smackdown somehow or CM Punk will be cashing in his MITB soon so that the title can go to Smackdown? Then wouldn’t that set up a program between Punk and Jericho? The two together have put on some pretty good matches and besides I have always liked Jericho as far as a heel goes. He is the best they have seconded only to Edge (but the rumor is Edge isn’t 100% so the title may not go to him). Who will Jeff Hardy be going against once this feud with Matt is done? I wouldn’t mind seeing Kane in a program with the guy. Now that John Morrison is on Smackdown, does that mean he is a face or he still considered a heel? I guess we will have to stay tuned. Looking at the roster on Smackdown after the draft, I can say that the big names aren’t really there (yeah yeah Undertaker is still on the show), is Vince wanting to sabotage this show for better ratings on Raw? It’s looking that way. This just gives me a good reason to watch Prison Break….

That’s my 3 cents worth, til next time….
