Play as the Referee:- Win the Gold Belt w/ a Custom Made Character. (Sent in by Tre Smith)

Play as the UFC Card-Girl:- Beat the UFC Mode (Silver Belt) with complete roster (22 men) for the Card-Girl option. (Sent in by Tre Smith)

Get Ulti-man:- Win Championship Road w/ complete roster (22 men) for the Ulti-man option. (Ulti-man is the man on the UFC Logo.) (Sent in by Tre Smith)

Switch the Referee for Bruce Buffer (ring announcer):- Hold down L & R Triggers during the match loading screen. You will now see Bruce Buffer introducing the fighters that are participating and is now the referee as well. (Sent in by Tre Smith)
