In 1985 Al Snow defeated his old trainer Jim Lancaster to lift the Memphis Championship Wrestling title. In between 1986 and 1992 Al Snow would capture the MCW/ICW United States Tag Team title with three different partners. Al Snow formed a tag team with Mickey Doyle, called Hitmen. Al Snow would form another tag team with Denny Kass, called The New Fabulous Kangaroo’s, and they won a tournament to win the MCW Midwest Tag Team titles. In 1994 Al Snow would be known as Shinobi and would capture the GWA Junior title, after he defeated Sean Casey. The New Fabulous Kangaroos defeated Bobby Clancy and Otis Apollo in Snow’s home of Lima. Ohio winning the MCW Midwest Tag Team titles. Al Snow would also win the Midwest Territorial title after he defeated Bruiser Bedlam (Johnny K-9). On 22nd of October Shinobi would once again capture GWA title after he beat The Beast Dan Severn. Al Snow then turned up in Smokey Mountain Wrestling. Al Snow lifted the SMW Tag Team titles when he teamed with Unabomb (Kane) after they defeated the Rock n’ Roll Express. Al Snow signed a contract with the World Wrestling Federation but sat at home for 3 months and left in April 1996. Al Snow would become Leif Cassidy and would tour the Indy circuit. After Al Snow had spent months jobbing Al Snow signed a contract and joined Extreme Championship Wrestling. At Cyberslam 1998 Al Snow defeated Tracy Smoothers. In 1998 at Living Dangerously Al Snow turned out to be Lance Storm’s mystery partner. Storm and Snow defeated Shane Douglas and Chris Candido. At WrestlePolooza Al Snow challenged the ECW Champion Shane Douglas. Al Snow was not successful but they embraced after the contest. Al Snow and ECW parted ways as Al Snow re-signed for the World Wrestling Federation. Al Snow formed a team with 2 Cold Scorpio. I a one night tournament at the 1998 Survivor Series Al Snow got to the second round. In the first Al Snow defeated Jeff Jerret but Mankind defeated Snow in the second. Al Snow went on to form the Job Squad which included Bob Holly and 2 Cold Scorpio. In April 1999 Hardcore Holly for the Hardcore title. At Over the Edge in 1999 Al Snow defeated Hardcore Holly and retained the Hardcore title. Summerslam 1999 saw Al Snow defeat the Big Boss Man to regain the Hardcore title. Al Snow’s dog Pepper would be killed by the Big Boss Man and fed to Al Snow. This set up a Kennel From Hell match, this was a cage surrounded by a Hell in a Cell. This match took place at Unforgiven 1999 and Al Snow was victorious. On November 2nd 1999 Al Snow and Mankind defeated Crash Holly and Hardcore Holly to win the WWF Tag Team titles. Al Snow and Steve Blackman teamed up under the name Head Cheese. In August 2000 Perry Saturn lost his European title to Al Snow. Tough Enough came along in the spring of 2001 and Al Snow joined Tazz, Tori and Jacqueline as trainers. On July 15th, Al Snow joined Jonathan Coachman as a presenter on Sunday Night Heat. In 2002 Al Snow pinned Goldust to win the Hardcore title for the last time. Also in 2002 Al Snow joined Ivory and Chavo Guerrero as lead trainer on Tough Enough 2. In 2003 Al Snow rejoined Ivory, Bill DeMott also joined them as Tough Enough 3 trainers.
