The lawsuit filed by the late Nancy Benoit's parents against Hustler magazine for printing adult photos of Nancy from 1983 that they claim were never supposed to be seen was thrown out today, when the judged ruled that Nancy was in the public interest and it was not illegal as Hustler owns the images.
