Source: PWInsider.com-- WWE Developmental talent Stu Sanders, whose realname is Stuart Alexander Bennett,27, was arrested on June 15th in Tampa, FL charged with Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer which is a felony. He was also charged with Obstruction or Opposing an officer, a misdemeanor. Bennett was arrested outside of Champps Restaurant at 2am, and was released around 1:43pm the next day.
The story making rounds right now is that Bennett attempted to remove himself from the premises following an altercation with a female patron that he didn't know. When Bennett attempted to leave the bar, someone came up and attempted to stop him from leaving. That person ended up being a plain-clothes police officer.
