NWA-TNA PPV Report

December 10, 2003The show starts with Team Jarrett in the back. Jarrett runs down all the people he has taken care of. Gilberti, Young, Red Shirts, and Kash are all in the room with him.
In the other locker room, AMW, the Gathering, Styles, and Sabin are awaiting Watts. Watts comes in on the phone and confirms that Piper is there.
Match One: Kid Kash vs Don Harris
The Red Shirts attack Harris before the match, which allows Kash to get the early advantage. It doesn't last long though and Harris recovers. The Red Shirts distract Harris and the ref long enough for Jarrett to clock Harris with the guitar and give Kash the win.
Jarrett gives the with me or against me speech and then continues the beating on Harris until AJ comes out and Levels Jarrett with a steel chair. Team Jarrett then surrounds the ring and Piper's music hits. Kilt wearing Scottsmen come out with bag pipes and surround the ring. Then, the lights go out and Piper arrives carrying a NWA flag.
Highlights:
-He was in Cali filming a move and was told at an amusement park that you had to be so tall to ride Michael. He said Callis was upset that he was too tall. -Gives a speal on Health Insurance -Says he is the only guy Hogan hasn't beaten -Jarrett says he is taking Piper out and comes to the ring. Just as he gets there, D'Lo Brown makes the save. -Watts comes out and annouces that tonight's main event will be AJ Styles and D'Lo Brown against Jarrett and a partner of his choosing.
Hudson in back wiht AMW to talk about their match with 3LK
Match Two: X Title Match - Michael Shane vs Christopher Daniels
Daniels gets busted open early, and it looks like the hard way as he is gushing blood. Shane goes to use a chain, but Sabin comes out from the back and knocks it out of Shane's hands. Daniels picks it up and clocks Shane with it in front of the ref and a DQ is declaired.
After the match, Sabin and Daniels get into an arguement.
Hudson in back with 3LK talking about their match with AMW
Match Three: Tag Tites - 3LK vs AMW
No Konnan on the mic or wrestling is a great thing. Gilberti helps 3LK win with a chair shot to Harris.

Match Four: The Gathering vs The Red Shirts
Red Shirts totally dominate this match, but the Gathering pull out the win in the end.
The Franchise in the back with Hudson talking about Chris Sabin.
Match Five: Shane Douglas vs Chris Sabin
Sabin gets the win in a pretty decent match. Great to see Shane put over the young guys.
Hudson in back wth Styles, D'Lo and Piper
Match Six: Raven vs Abyss
Pretty decent match with a lot of false finishes. In the end, the match is thrown out after Red Shirts constantly interfere.
After the match, the Gathering hit the ring and they and Raven clean house on the Red Shirts and Abyss. Raven grabs the mic and issues a challenge for a six man tag cage match next week.
Tenay and West go over the merchandise and then the card for next week: Low Ki vs Shane for the X Title, and the 6 man cage match.
Hudson in back with Callis, who officially accepts the match for next week.
Match Seven: AJ Styles & D'Lo Brown vs Jeff Jarrett & Kid Kash
Kash pulls double duty tonight. AJ & D'Lo bring back that tag team magic they had back in May and June of this past year. They pick up a win with some classic double team moves. Styles hits the super Styles Clash on Kash for the win.
Jarrett is irrate over the loss as AJ, D'Lo and Piper celebrate on the entrance ramp. Watts comes out and announces that next week it will be Jeff Jackass Jarrett defending the title against STING!
Jarrett attacks Watts in the crowd and he and Kash double team him. Jarrett then looks at the camera and dares Sting to come and get him.
Overall, another solid show from TNA with a good main event.
