Match#1: Tajiri vs. Paul London
Tajiri comes to the ring with Akio and Sakoda. Tajiri gets an early advantage with a modified STF, which London reverses into a headlock. Criss cross action ends with London dropkicking Tajiri right on his shoulder blades as Tajiri had his head down looking for a backdrop. Tajiri gets the upper hand soon again and hits with an armdrag. London does a shade of Tajiri's springboard elbow and bounces off to flip Tajiri with an armbar while in mid flip. Very nice. Solid mat wrestling by the two with several near falls from both competitors. Tajiri blocks an Irish whip and sets London on the top rope. Botched dragon cross has London landed awkwardly on his knee in the ring, his feet draping the bottom rope. The ref orders Tajiri to back away, which he obliges. Of course, it's also to have Akio and Sakoda work on London's bad leg outside the ring. Tajiri throws London back into the ring for a two count. Tajiri works on the leg with a standing leg lock, which he turns into a standing ankle lock. After a minute, London gets his strength on his other leg and dropkicks Tajiri off of him. Tajiri goes for his springboard elbow, but as he flips up for the elbow, London kicks his legs out from under him. Very nice. London gets a two count. Both men on their knees start exchanging rights. London gets the upper advantage and both men on their feet. London with the enzurgiri and Tajiri is out. London crawls to Tajiri and he just barely kicks out. London whips Tajiri into the corner. Tajiri kicks a running London right on his bad leg and sets up for the tarantula. London counters with a sit out inverted power bomb. Two count. London picks up Tajiri and holds him from behind. Tajiri counters by kicking London's bad leg again. London stands on the apron, floors Tajiri with a punch. Akio jumps towards London but gets a swift kick in return to crash on the floor. London attempts a springboard moonsault but Tajiri out of the way. Tajiri dropkicks London's bad leg again. London is down and slowly on his knees. Buzzsaw kick! London's out cold. Tajiri with the cover and the three count. WINNER- Tajiri. Note: DeMott's turning point was Akio and Sakoda's interference on London's leg early in the match.
Match #2: A-Train vs. Shannon Moore
A-Train smashes Moore with a barrage of shots to start the match. Kicks and punches by Train. Moore tries to get a few kicks in but is grabbed by Train and thrown out of the ring. Domination by Train continues outside the ring. Moore thrown back in and Train drops an elbow on Moore's back. Train sets up again and drops an elbow but Moore slides out of the way and out of the ring for a breather, favoring his back. Train gets Moore on the apron. Moore tries a couple of shoulder thrusts but Train barely gets off of him. Train counters with a knee to Moore's torso and tries to ram in into the steel post. Moore counters and Train's head bounces off the turnbuckle. Moore to the top rope but Train has him and gives a wicked arm drag off the top in which Moore literally flies across the ring. Train picks Moore up, hooks his arms, and holds him up vertically for about 10 seconds (shades of Davey Boy Smith), then drops him in a butterfly suplex. Moore barely kicks out. Train with two backbreakers, keeping Moore's back draped over his knee after the second, turning it into a submission hold. Moore finally breaks free with a knee to the head and lands a flying headbutt into Train's gut. Moore tries to get Train in the corner but Train counters and gets the upper hand again. Train pummels Moore in the corner with a barrage of punches. Moore reverses and starts pounding on Train himself. Whip across the ropes by Moore but A-Train gives Moore a kick to the gut. Moore is down. Train lifts up Moore over his shoulder. Moore gets loose and gets a sunset flip on Train, nearly getting the upset. Moore slowly gets up and is met by a thunderous A-Train shoulder block. Train drags Moore to the corner. A-Train climbs the second turnbuckle, Vader Drop coming. He lands it. Inverted corner splash for the 1-2-3 victory. A total squash for the Train. WINNER- A-Train.
Next segment focuses on the Smackdown match between Rey Mysterio-John Cena vs. Chavo Guerrero-Big Show. Rey pins Chavo for the victory and afterwards, John Cena gives Chavo Sr. the FU. Promotes the Big Show-John Cena U.S. title match at WrestleMania to end the segment.
Match #3: World's Greatest Tag Team vs. Matt Cappotelli & John Hennigan
World's Greatest Tag Team go up against the winners of Tough Enough 3. Not as one sided as one would think. John and Benjamin start the match. Benjamin with the upper hand early but Hennigan counters and after an arm drag, Shelton leaves the ring in disgust. Haas comes to console him and they discuss strategy outside. Benjamin back in and gives Hennigan a fierce slap. Hennigan slaps back. Now they exchange rights but Hennigan gets the advantage with a dropkick and armbar. Shelton makes a blind tag to Haas as he takes over, breaking up the armbar and going to work on Hennigan. Whip across the ropes, Hennigan flips over Haas and tags to Cappotelli. Matt connects with a flying elbow and tries a corner attack, but Haas counters. Armbar by Haas. Cappotelli gets out and nails a dropkick. Tag back to Hennigan. Armbar quickly averted by Haas, who takes control and pounds Hennigan in his own corner. Hennigan counters and sets Haas up for an atomic drop. Haas tags Benjamin before connecting with the drop. Hennigan focuses on Haas, and is surprised to see Benjamin hook him into a very stiff suplex. Two count. Benjamin in control. Tags back to Haas. Benjamin slams Hennigan onto Haas' knee. Haas holds Hennigan there and tries for the submission. After several seconds, Hennigan finally counters with a flying headscissors. Tag to Cappotelli, he's a house of fire. Matt nails both Haas and Benjamin with punches, kicks, and dropkicks. Matt covers Haas but Benjamin breaks it up. All four in the ring now. Hennigan knocks Benjamin out of the ring. Hennigan with a baseball slide attempt but misses and gets creamed with a clothesline by Benjamin outside of the ring. Cappotelli and Haas whip across the ring. Haas nearly into the ref, a little shaken up. From behind, Benjamin with the super kick to the back of Cappotelli's head. Haas recovers, goes for the Haas of Pain. Cappotelli taps out and Haas and Benjamin are still great. WINNERS- The World's Greatest Tag Team
Next segment is Kurt Angle's segment from Smackdown explaining why he attacked Eddie Guerrero. Mentions Eddie's drug addiction and that he isn't a real hero. Afterwards, they run the Smackdown side of the card for WrestleMania. Pretty much every match except for the HHH-HBK-Benoit World title match. Card is shaping up rather nicely.
Match #4: Chuck Palumbo & Johnny Stamboli vs. Orlando Jordan & Hardcore Holly
We go from the World's Greatest Tag Team to the World's Not So Greatest Tag Team. Holly and Jordan win after Jordan covers Palumbo after a power slam. Not much to this one and all you really need to know. A crappy way to end Velocity.
