TNA kicks off with the Tag Tournament

Match One: The New Franchise vs Mystery Team

And the winners of Mystery Team is... We have to wait for Shane Douglas to
talk first. He rips on the fans and then goes on to say he came to make
noise and he has here in TNA. Nobody makes noise like the Franchise in
this business. He addresses the rumors that there is a problem in the
family of the Franchise and people want to see Shane and Douglas go one on
one and break up the Franchise, but he said the state of the Franchise is
strong and tonight they will prove it. When is Tracy going to take that
cast off?

Their opponents... Christopher Daniels & Low Ki... TRIPLE X!!!!!!!!!!
Nice shorts Low Ki... lol.... Elix is seen in the back watching the
monitors looking surprised at the reunion. As Low Ki goes for the Ki
Krusher, he spots Tracy climbing to the top and goes for her, but Michael
Shane grabs him. Tracy comes off the top and Low Ki moves hitting Shane.
Ki and Daniels hit a power bomb neckbreaker for the win.

After the match, Michael Shane gets in Tracy's face and Tracy fires back.
Douglas seperates the two telling Michael Shane to back off.

Hudson in back with Gilberti and Young with Trinity. Gilberti asks Young
if he can depend on him tonight. He doesn't want Young the bum, he wants
the master of the spin buster. Kash is now there and Hudson asks where
Swinger is... Kash says that Swinger is where he told him to be, at home.
He can't trust Gilberti, Young or Trinity, so he went back to his roots.
Gilberti asks if that was the trailer park, and Kash asks if Gilberti has
a problem with that. Kash says blood is thicker than water and he brought
his family. Gilberti says that he will see him in round two, and Kash
said, "If you win" Great Segment

Match Two: Glen Gilberti & David Young vs Slash & Sinn

Slash & Sinn come out without Father Mitchell because he abandoned them
according to West. Slash gets the win with a whirlie bird on David Young.
It was an ok match, but nothing special.

Hudson in back with Russo. BG says K-Dogg hasn't shown up yet. Raven
busts in and says that he had to find out he was suspended on the
internet. He wants to know where his shot is. Russo said he needs to go.
They can talk next week, but tonight he is suspended. Russo tells us
that Sabu is working tonight and Raven gets upset about it.

Match Three: Don Harris vs Monte Brown

Brown attacks as Harris is getting to the ring. Well, the bell never rang
and Brown has kicked his ass. Brown gets on the mic and says he didn't
come here to beat up Don Harris or Chris Vaughn, and it is open season on
anyone who wants to come down to the ring to get dominated. Sabu answers
the challenge and the brawl is under way. Sabu whoops up on Brown until
Brown escapes the ring. Good build for Brown.

Hudson in back with Team AAA. Hector Garza is now the new captian because
of disciplinary actions Juventud is out of team AAA. Heavy Metal is
taking his place and then the interview gets cut!

Match Four: Kid Kash & Shadow vs Sonny Siaki & Simon Diamond

Kash's family is huge, but neither Tenay or West know who he is! My
informants tell me it is Shadow who has wrestled a few matches on Xplosion
for TNA in the past. Tenay calls him Family Member as he wrestles. The
Family Member knocks Siaki square across the skull with a steel pipe
giving "Kid Kash & his partner," as Borash said, the win.

Hudson in back with AJ Styles. According to Hudson, AJ isn't booked for
this show because of what happened with Raven last week. Russo comes in
and tells AJ to calm down and they need to talk. AJ says they have
nothing to talk about. The last time they talked AJ told him not to do
anything stupid. Russo says that he knows he is hot with him, but he took
care of Raven. Russo asks AJ to trust him and AJ says he will not make
that mistake again.

Match Five: The Naturals vs BG James & Konnan

BG James comes out by himself tonight as Konnan isn't there. YES! I am
so glad Konnan is not here tonight. It is now a handicap match folks.
NO! Konnan finally arrives in street clothes and gets the tag from BG.
He takes out the Naturals and is about to clock Stevens with a chair, but
Douglas tosses salt in his eyes and Konnan takes the chair for the loss.
I don't understand why he was not there from the start. There was really
no point in him showing up just to take the loss. Very odd booking.

Video package on Harris vs Jarrett from last week.

Jarrett video saying Harris wasn't ready and the world knew it. Sweet
video work with two boxes, one showing Jarrett talking and the other
Harris after the match. Jarrett then talks about the Road to the Cage.
He said he will be ready. He talks about how he went down to mexico and
took on the whole roster in front of 18,000 fans to avenge Lynn's
embarasment of TNA. Good promo.

Mike Tenay in the ring to introduce Sting. Sting comes out to a good pop
from the crowd. Tenay asks Sting about his movie he has been working on.
Sting grabs the mic and tells the crowd he is in the house. Sting is
making a movie about his life from a kid all the way to now. They are
going to be filming in Nashville next week like they did this week. Tenay
then asks Sting about the new direction of TNA and Sting says it is about
time that wrestlers started wrestling. It is about time fans saw
grappling again and Nashville is setting the precident in wrestling.
Sting says that Russo doesn't have time on his side if he is lying. Tenay
then asks Sting about when he beat Flair for the NWA title in 1990 in
relation to Harris wrestling for the title last week. To Sting the NWA
title is the most important World Title in all of wrestling. So when the
fans get to see a world title match, the get to see something real. Tenay
then asks about Jarrett's match coming up in a steel cage. Sting says he
isn't here to just film because he sees a ring and he was born to be a
wrestler. He says that next wednesday he will be here next week and he
will be involved in something someway somehow because it is show time.

Hudson in back with Killings. He says that things have changed and the
politics appear to be gone. He is back on track and will get some gold to
bring into 3 Live Krew. Goldy then comes in and asks Killings if he is
ready for Abyss tonight because Abyss is ready for him.

Match Six: Abyss vs Ron Killings

Killings hits his finisher, but Raven pulls out the referee. Killings
gets into a shouting match with Raven allowing Abyss to hit the sit down
backbreaker, but the Truth kicks out. Killings goes for a axe kick but
gets blackhole slammed instead. Raven then comes in and slams Abyss with
a chair. The ref throws out the match and Raven attaks both men. Then AJ
hits the ring and beats on Raven. Abyss then blackhole's AJ. Killings
takes on Abyss and then Raven. Wrestlers come from the back to hold the
men apart. Nothing has been settled in this one.

Killings grabs a mic and says that for a long time nobody heard him say
one thing, but things are going to change. Killings asks Russo to let him
take care of Raven and calls for a four way match for next week... Abyss
vs Raven vs AJ Styles vs Killings

Hudson in back with Skipper and Lynn. Skipper says that they want the
winner of the UK vs Mexico cup. Lynn says why not have all teams in for a
one night tournament to show the best X team once and for all. D'Amore
comes in and says that if one of them wins that means two teammates will
face for the X title, but that isn't going to happen because Petey
Williams is going to win. He then says that he agrees on bringing teams
from every country that wants in and have it out so America can't do what
they do best... choke.

Tenay and West talk about the Academy at the Asylum and the response was
so overwhelming that they crashed the email! HOLY SHIT! One week from
tonight we will see exclusive footage of Jarrett's trip to Mexico. Monte
Brown will take on Sabu next week. Rudy Charles comes down as says the
four way will go on and the special enforcer will be Sting. And the tag
tourney continues.

Hudson in back with Chris Harris. Harris says that he trusts Vince is
doing the right thing with Storm. Harris says that it doesn't matter who
wins the fatal fourway because he will win and face Jarrett in the cage on
April 14th.

Match Seven: Elix Skipper vs Jerry Lynn vs Frankie Kazarian vs Petey
Williams vs Amazing Red vs Nosawa

Jerry Lynn eliminates Nosawa with a craddle piledriver.

Elix Skipper was eliminated by Frankie Kazarian, but the cameras didn't
show us how.

Jerry Lynn is eliminated by Kazarian when Williams helps him out.

Petey Williams is eliminated by Kazarian with the Wave of the Future.

Red defeats Kazarian with the Red Star Press to win!!!

In the back there is a huge brawl between AJ, Raven, Truth and Abyss with
many other wrestlers trying to pull them apart as the show comes to a
close.
