It is cool to see PPV and iMPACT! highlights in the opening video. Show opens with Raven sitting in an empty arena ring where we are told he has issued a challenge to Sabu to an empty arena Clockwork Orange House of Fun match.
Then we come back for the King of the Mountain ceremony. Man that six sided ring looks so good. They have a brass quartet in the ring tooting their horns and all. They rolled out the red carpet too. Jarrett comes out in a really funny looking tuxedo, white gloves and all. He talks about being the first ever King of the Mountain and the three time NWA heavyweight champion. He says that Russo should come out and crown him King of the Mountain and strap the belt around his waist. He said Russo would do it for Harris or AJ, so he best come out and do it for him. Russo comes from the back as Jarrett takes off his black coat. Russo does as told and wraps the title around Jarrett's waste and then puts the crown on Jarrett's head. Jarrett then puts the tux coat back on. Ruso tells Jarrett to take a bow, which he does. Russo then asks Jarrett, why... why two years ago when they started TNA he called Vince and told him they would be innovative and he and Russo could make it big. They started on PPV, it went world-wide, and last week they did what nobody said they could do... get on national television. Russo tells him that they did it together as a team, all the boys in the back and everyone. Jarrett then tells Russo that when they look at the TNA logo they see his blood, his sweat, and his tears. It has been all about him because he is the one that had to get in the ring every wednesday night, sweat blood and fall off ladders. Russo says he never denied him credit, but he better not stand there and tell him that AJ Styles, AMW and 3LK had nothing to do with it. They can do this, and they can do it together, but Jarrett needs to get on the same page. Jarrett can't believe the nerve of Russo. For two years everyone wanted to laugh behind his back and say Jeff can't do it and all they did was laugh at him. Now, Vince is leading the charge to jump on Jarrett's back. He tells Russo that he better bow right now. 3LK then came out and attacked Jarrett. Killings tells Jarrett that he will wrestle in a 3 Live Krew triple jeopardy match.
Hudson in back with Skipper telling him that he and Daniels one the fan vote. Skipper then tells us that Daniels is injured and they will not be able to vote tonight. Trinity comes in and tells Skipper that they are taking the match from them tonight with AMW.

Match One: World Tag Title Match - America's Most Wanted vs NYC
Prime Time and Daniels won the voting by a landslide, but because of Daniels' injury NYC gets the shot because they finished second in the voting. Don West tells us that iMPACT was completely filled and hundreds of fans were turned away. That match itself was pretty fun. I love this six sided ring. The end came when Trinity tried to interfere in the match and Desire took her out. Harris spears Swinger for the three.
After the match, Desire attacks Trinity with a chair, a lead pipe and the former S.E.X locker room. Gilberti makes the save and Trinity puts Desire into a camel clutch like choke hold. Gilberti and Swinger set Desire on a table as Trinity climbs to the top of the balcony, but Siaki and Kenny make the save just in time.
Hudson in back with Kash and Dallas and Hudson asks when they will get their title rematch, and Kash says that they are not. Hudson asks why, and Kash says it is discrimination and has been since day one. From this moment on, TNA and the world are going to find out how easy it is to get some gold and tells us to watch and learn.
Cameras go back to the remote location where Raven is waiting for Sabu with a fire soaked stick. Sabu is then shown in his locker room looking at a picture of the Sheik.
Match Two: Michael Shane vs Chris Sabin
During the match, Shane Douglas is dispatched to figure out what is up with Raven and Sabu. He is shown entering the empty arena to find Raven. Pretty solid match from both men. Tracy tries to interfere in the match but Sabin grabs her. Shane tosses Sabin into Tracy and then hits the super kick for the win.
Douglas found Raven laying in the ring on a garbage can. Raven says it is good that Douglas finally realized that he retired him years ago. Raven then says it is bizarre that he and Sabu never had a singles match in their careers. Raven says that it is because Sabu is afraid of him. He begged Heyman to let him wrestle Sabu in ECW. He brought him to TNA just to have a match, and he is so sure Sabu will not show that he will retire if he does except the match tonight.

Sonjay Dutt in back with Sabu telling him to relax and as soon as the match is over he will go tell him.
Hudson in back with David Young. They talk about the match tonight and D-Ray comes in and tells Young he better fear the fro. Young tells him he will see him in the ring.
Match Three: Gutcheck Match - David Young vs Sonjay Dutt vs Shark Boy vs D-Ray 3000
Sonjay Dutt gets the win by pinning David Young after Young pinned D-Ray 3000 but the ref claimed it was only a two. Young's losing streak continues. After the match Sonjay takes off toward the exit.
Hudson in back with 3LK. Stupid Konnan starts talking and I shut down because he is a fricken idiot. Sounds like Konnan vs Jarrett in a strap match, if Jarrett survives it s Jarrett vs BG James in a Trailer Park Trash Match, and if he survives that he gets Killings in a Ghetto Justice Match.
Match Four: Eric Young/Petey Williams/Bobby Roode vs Jerry Lynn/Hector Garza/Heavy Metal
Team Canada gets the win in this pretty decent match. After the match, Lynn attacks D'Amore, but Team Canada saves D'Amore who then rips the NWA flag in half and Skipper and Sabin make the save.
Moments Ago, Raven is telling us that Sabu is not coming. Sonjay then comes in and repeats what Raven said and then tells Raven he knows about the "promise." Raven then tells him that he has a message for Sabu and slaps Dutt's face. Dutt tosses Raven into the ring and Raven gets the upper hand and Even Flows Dutt and then handcuffs him to the ring telling Sabu that promises are made to be broken. Then back live Dutt is still cuffed and Sabu comes in to check on him.
Hudson in back with Jarrett to talk about the three matches he has to compete in tonight. Hudson asks how it feels to have the deck stacked against him for the second week in a row. Jarrett says that he came out on top last week and will do it again.
Match Five: Strap Match - Jeff Jarrett vs Konnan
Jarrett has some sweet new lighting and laser effects for his entrance. I am interested to see how Jarrett does in this new ring. This will be his first match in it for TNA. Konnan gets three straight straps on Jarrett to go up three zip. Point of the match is to strap your opponent 10 times to win. Jarrett gets three straight to tie it. Konnan then goes up 8-3 before Jarrett bails out of the ring. He tosses Konnan into the steel steps and makes it 8-7 now. Jarrett digs into his shorts and gets out some powder and tosses it in Konnan's face before strapping him 3 times for the win and a few more for good measure. Retarded match so thank God it was quick. As Jarrett chokes out Konnan, we see Gorgeous George in the crowd. Tenay calls her Minsa I think.
Match Six: Trailer Trash Match - Jeff Jarrett vs BG James
James has a cart full of goodies and begins beating on Jarett with a mail box. Before he can use the car battery Jarrett stops him and grabs a milk crate and plants in on BG's head. Minsa watches on from the ramp now. The match goes into the ring and BG uses a trash can to mold Jarrett's skull some. Side note, the announce table is in a new spot now. It is to the right of the ramp. The fight goes to the announce position and Jarrett gets the win.
Match Seven: Ghetto Justice Match - Jeff Jarrett vs Ron Killings
Jarrett waits in the ring for Killings. The Truth comes out with Jarrett's guitar. The match begins in the ring with some nice wrestling by Killings as he beats on the champ. Later in the match now, Jarrett has his guitar and the ref to take it away and for his troubles he gets the guitar shot from Jarrett. As Jarrett berates the fallen ref, Killings rolls him up for the win!!!!!!! Killings wins!!!!
Goldy Locks in a pretaped segment talking to Vince. She invited Vince to talk to her and he didn't show. She says she didn't steal Watts' money because she has her own. Russo has something she wants... Watts' contract. She proposes Watts vs Abyss and if Watts wins Eric gets all her money, but if Abyss wins she gets Watts' contract.
We come back to the arena to here the crowd chanting 1 2 3 to Jarrett who is irrate in the ring.
Next week: Monte Brown & Abyss vs AMW, Flag Match Team Canada vs Team NWA, Ultimate Humiliation Match Kenney & Siaki vs NYC. Jarett gets in Tenay's face and says he will see them on Impact.

Hudson in back with AJ Styles hyping the X Title match. AJ says he doesn't take Kazarian lightly and he is fully ready for him and intends to walk out the 3 time X Divison Champion.

Match Eight: X Title Match - Frankie Kazarian vs AJ Styles
After a great twenty minute match, the ref blows the finish and total kills the heat in the match. AJ hits a spiral tap on Kazarian for the win and is the NEW X DIVISION CHAMPION!
After the match Dallas attacks AJ, but AJ slips out of the ring. Kash then attacks AJ and the show ends with Kash and Dallas standing over the fallen champion.
Overall this show was average. Nothing spectacular at all. The X Title match had the workings of a classic until the botched finish. In all, iMPACT smoked this show in terms of entertainment. TNA needed something better than this after the great debut show of iMPACT if you ask me. Still it wasn't a terrible show. I think the 6-sided ring and the workers not being used to it contributed to the faults in the show.
