It looks like we will be seeing more matches between Raw and SmackDown stars in the near future.
On Monday’s Raw, WWE Champion Drew McIntyre revealed their is now a “brand-to-brand invitation” between Raw and SmackDown.
He explained that Raw extended an invitation to a SmackDown wrestler, Baron Corbin, who accepted the invitation and chose McIntyre as his opponent.

No other information was given about the brand-to-brand invitation, other than NXT Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair, a Raw superstar, would be on SmackDown this Friday.
WWE introduced a “Wild Card” rule shortly befoee the WWE Draft in October 2019, but the rules were quickly dropped thereafter.
